Role Overview:
The production supervisor will oversee and analyze our production operations.
This position is an integral part of the manufacturing team and process.
They will optimize day-to-day activities while minimizing the costs.
The goal will be to ensure that production processes deliver products of maximum quality.
Essential Duties/
Responsibilities:
Organize daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate with employees, Supervise operations within the facility to achieve production targets, Support simplification and standardization of processes to accelerate logistics and enhance efficiencies, Maintains workflow by monitoring and upgrading processes, setting processing variables, observing control points and equipment, monitoring personnel and resources, studying methods, and initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
Provides manufacturing information by compiling, initiating, sorting, and analyzing production performance records and data, and answering questions and responding to requests.
Support inventory management consisting of reconciling and maintaining of finished goods inventory, Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities.
Oversee and coach employees.
Ensure the safe use of equipment.
Check production output according to specifications.
Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Ensure effective and timely implementation of all logistics daily operational goals.
Ensuring that all orders are delivered on time by following up with suppliers if they are behind schedule.
Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency.
Qualifications/Education:

years of production supervisor experience Bilingual a plus Strong communication skills Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills High attention to detail with superb organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Ability to work independently and as part of a team Job Type:
